In this market, agents use FSBO selling tactics

Some licensed Realtors use FSBO tactics to sell their property. These tactics include: (1) pre-inspections from among three certified inspectors (2) pre-appraisals from an approved appraiser  (3) offer a  home warranty, and (4) price the home at or below the appraisal value. (And these perks are all done at the owner’s expense.)
