New Hampshire says web-based FSBO selling is illegal

Zero-Broker-Fees-dot-com says New Hampshire is violating its free speech rights by requiring Web sites that carry real estate advertising to become licensed real estate brokers. The company says it’s really no different than a newspaper that publishes real estate ads in print and on-line and it shouldn’t be treated differently.
